UPDATE CORONA VIRUS  28/05/2020

Dear patients.

From 28/5/2020 onwards, it is again possible to make an appointment online. Please read the following information carefully before you come to your appointment.

Come alone as much as you can and be punctual, that way we can limit the amount of patients in our waiting room. If there is no other way, we can allow maximum one companion per patient.

• How to make an appointment?
  • In case you have infection complaints: by telephone, 016 300 100
  • If you have no infection complaints: online
• Before you come to the practice
  • Wash and disinfect your hands
  • Bring a mouth mask
  • Take your temperature
• How to enter the practice building
  • Put on your mouth mask before entering
  • Open the door with your elbow
  • Disinfect your hands
  • Take a seat in the waiting room (don’t move the chairs)
  • Try to respect the social distancing of 1,5 meters in the waiting room
• How to pay?
  • Preferably using a bank card / credit card
  • When using cash, try to give exact change
• How to leave the practice?
  • Disinfect your hands
  • Take your mouth mask off when you are outside
